NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Meeting on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1) 5:00 p.m. Administration of Oath of Office to Youth City Council 2) Discuss and Approve Gunnison Valley High School Year Book Ad 3) Discuss and Approve Gunnison Valley Girls Basketball Banner Project 4) Gunnison Swimming Pool, Swim Team and Approve Swimming Pool Committee –Council Member Brian Jensen 5) Discuss and Approve Recreation Board 6) Review Entertainment list for July Concert and Determine Budget 7) City Hall Construction Review of Punch List, Warranty Items and Remaining Issues 8) Discuss and Approve Heating for Lions Building at Gunnison City Park- Council Member Larry Jensen 9) Update on Gunnison City Website 10) Maintenance on City Hall Heating/Cooling, Review and Award Contract for RFP for Mechanical Maintenance. Follow up on Warranty items. 11) 6:00 p.m. Whites Sanitation Contract– Max White- Review and Approve 12) Approve Minutes from City Council Meeting for Wednesday January 5, 2011, Work Meeting and Wednesday January 5, 2011 City Council Meeting open and closed session 13) Identification of Items to be included on Future Agendas 14) Approve Bills and Adjustments 15) Closed Session 16) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
