Approval of Minutes: Item No. 1. The HPC will consider for approval the minutes of June 20, 2019. Item No. 2. The HPC will consider for approval the minutes of July 17, 2019 Discussion Items: HPC will discuss the following items: Item No. 1. Restoration and relocation of a 1911 post office building Item No 2. A history of the water canal systems in Providence City Item No 3. Ev Thorpe painting owned by the Astle Family.
