Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town of Minersville, in Beaver County, Utah, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday September 3, 2019 at the Minersville Town Hall, at 60 West Main in Minersville Utah which will begin at 5:00 pm. The Town proposes to apply for grant and/or loan funding from the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) to upgrade the spring and chlorinator, replace remaining cast iron pipe in town, install new 10-inch PRV at 400 South 300 East and upgrade the water line to the Elementary School to achieve the required fire flow. The public is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed application.
