- NOTICE AND AGENDA MONROE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AUGUST 20, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, August 20th, 2019 at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. 1. Chairman Bart Lee conducting - Meeting called to order- Prayer - Roll Call 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting held June 18th, 2019 3. Citizen comments 4. Conditional Use License located at 196 E Center 'Phil My Taco' submitted by Sierra Moore. 5. Conditional Use License located at 811 S Main Street 'Monroe Canyon RV' submitted by Jordan Mills. 6. Review of Monroe City Business License Ordinance and Current Businesses. 7. Adjournment. Posted this 19th day of August 2019 I hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was emailed to the Richfield Reaper, posted at the Monroe City Hall and website at: littlegreenvalley.com, posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website and personally delivered to each member of the planning commission.
