- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 20 August 2019, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 16 July 2019 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Dennis Roberts, concerning construction of garage at 110 West 100 North b. Betty Dye, concerning moving modular home onto lot located on 200 North, between 15 East and 95 East 5. Business: a. 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
