- Primary Election Canvass 8-22-19 Scipio Town Council will hold the Canvass for the 2019 Primary election at a special meeting on Thursday, August 22nd, 2019 @ 7:00 pm. This is to go over voting reports,open provisional and absentee ballots that have been verified by county clerk and get official election results. This will be held at the community Center located at 5 North State Street, Scipio.
