- NOTICE OF MEETING HILLSIDE REVIEW BOARD CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Hillside Review Board of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting at the referenced site on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 commencing on-site at 8:30 a.m. The estimated site time is in bold. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Consider a request for a Hillside Development Permit allowing development of 1) Teakwood Phases 5-8 (78 lots), 2) Elmwood Estates Phase 8 (12 lots), and 3) Rosewood Estates Phase 6 (7 lots) Currently the property is zoned R-1-8, A-1, and ASBP (but a zone change has been submitted to change to R-1-8 and OS if the hillside permit is recommended for approval). The owner is Quality Development and the representative is Steve Kamlowsky. Located east of Crimson Ridge Drive and Marblewood Drive. Case No. 2019-HS-007. Meet at 8:30 am (See 'Meeting Place' exhibit below).
