Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold public hearings on August 29,2019, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to the following proposed ordinance: Amending section 17.44.080, 'Site triangle line of site', to define and describe the type of fencing allowed within a site triangle. The Planning Commission will also take comment in support and opposition to Commission consideration of an application to allow for a Conditional Use permit at 200 E 5100 S to allow for a fence higher than 6 feet.
