- CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR EXCELLUS AUTOMOTIVE 2210 W 3200 S WEST HAVEN, UT * PUBLIC HEARING : The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 28th Day of August, 2019 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request for a conditional use permit for Excellus Automotive at 2210 W 3200 S. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
