PUBLIC NOTICE Tremonton City gives notice that on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Tremonton City Civic Center, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah, the Tremonton City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Stanley G. Summers and Kelly C. Summers (Tax ID No. 05-074-0044) being 2.92 acres in size. The application of zone Commercial will also be considered at the public hearing. The property is located at approximately 100 South and 1600 East. The complete legal description and plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.
