PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: Zone change amendment from R-1-8 (Single Family Residential 8,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) and A-1 (Agricultural), and ASBP (Airport Supporting Business Park) to R-1-8 (Single Family Residential 8,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on 1.38 acres and OS (Open Space) on 22.69 acres for 'Teakwood Phase 5.' The site is generally located east of the Crimson Ridge Drive and Marble Drive intersection. Zone change amendment from A-1 (Agricultural) to RE-12.5 (Residential Estate 12,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on approximately 0.94 acres. The site is located at 2456 E 2150 S Circle. Zone change amendment from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) and C-3 (General Commercial) to OS (Open Space) and C-3 (General Commercial) on approximately 4.24 acres. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
