Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PERRY CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry, public hearings to receive public comment regarding (1) Ordinance 19-G Amending Title 8 of the Municipal Code regarding Fireworks. This public hearing, starting at approximately 7:15 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Council meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2019. After each public hearing, the proposed Ordinances may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Ordinances are available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah.
