Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, August 13, 2019 in the Council Room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Aaron Davis - Business License Application Approval for A & A Davis Landscaping, LLC. 5. Civco Engineering - Presentation of Possible Road Projects and Options. 6. Discussion and Action on Enterprise Zone Application; Adopt Resolution 081319-001 accepting the submission of Enterprise Zone Documentation. 7. Discussion and Action on Abatement Process for Nuisances within City Limits. 8. Surface Transportation Board letter on Environmental Impact Statement for Railway. 9. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department Kalecia Fowler - Discussion and Approval on Banners for UDOT Lighting Project 10. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed). 11. Closed Executive Session 52-4-205 (1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) (if needed). 12. Approval and Signing of Checks. 13.
