Description/Agenda

The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering a Final Subdivision Plat application from Ben Seastrand, representing Arbor Gardner Bingham Junction, for CHG Phase 2, a 4-story office building and parking garage project located at 7225 South Bingham Junction Blvd. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting or contact Alex Murphy in the Midvale City Planning and Zoning Department at (801) 567-7231 or amurphy@midvale.com for more information.

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
