SALT LAKE CITY FOUNDATION SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 2019 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Salt Lake City Foundation of Salt Lake City, Utah, will be held as follows: - Tuesday September 10, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. in the Cutler Conference Room #542 located on the 5th floor of the City & County Building, 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. At this meeting, consideration will be given to the following agenda items: - Call to Order - Election of Foundation Chair to conduct the meetings - Annual Open & Public Meetings Law training - Review of Foundation Financials - Adjournment All meetings of the Salt Lake City Foundation are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206 and 78B-1-137, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of the Annual Meeting shall be given at least thirty (30) days in writing in advance of the meeting as required by the Foundation's 2015 Amended & Restated Bylaws. An agenda of each meeting is posted at: - State of Utah Public Notice website www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html Regular and Special Meetings may be held periodically if notice is given at least seven (7) days prior thereto by written notice delivered personally to each Trustee at his or her address shown by the records of the Corporation. Notice: - People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodations at least three working days before a meeting by calling Crayola Berger 801-535-7946. Accommodations may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. - The City & County Building is an accessible facility with an entrance located on the 1st parking level on the east side of the building.
