- Request for Proposal City of South Salt Lake Ambulance Billing Services The City of South Salt Lake Fire Department is accepting proposals for billing and collection services for ambulance transport and related services. The selected respondent will bill for emergency medical services in a timely manner, pursue receipt of payment of accounts in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service to department staff, patients, and insurance carriers with billing questions or problems. A detailed listing of background information, objective and scope of work, report requirements, proposal qualification requirements, proposer's qualifications, evaluation of proposals, and submission of proposal requirements may be obtained on the Utah Public Notice Website, SciQuest or by contacting the City Recorder's Office. Sealed responses will be accepted in the Recorder's Office at 220 E. Morris Ave, Ste 200, South Salt Lake City, UT 84115, until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2019. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered. Electronic bids will not be accepted. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to request additional information from all responders.
