Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim Historical Committee will hold a regular meeting on Monday, August 12, 2019, in the conference room of City Hall, located at 5 South Main, Ephraim, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 4:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. BUSINESS/ACTION ITEMS: A. Welcome to new Committee Members B. Open and Public Meeting Act Training (Leigh Ann Warnock) C. Discussion and Selection of Committee Chair and Secretary D. Discussion of Historic Preservation Ordinance E. Update on Ephraim Square buildings F. Timeline for next meeting 3. MEMBER REPORTS 4.
