PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the legislative body of Davis County, Utah, will hold a special public
meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, located at 61 South Main Street, Suite 303,
Farmington, Utah, commencing at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 9, 2019.

BUSINESS/ACTION:
Jeff Oyler, Davis County Planning Manager, presenting:
Davis County Community and Economic Development Department recommendations, including:
1. Ordinance 5-2019 - Adoption of new general ordinance titled 'A-10 Agriculture and
Farm Production,' which, if adopted, will establish an allowed gross dwelling density of one dwelling per 10 acres for each and every development phase in the new A-10 Agriculture and Farm Production zone; and
2. Ordinance 6-2019 - Adopt an ordinance amending Davis County's zoning map, which, if adopted,
will amend Davis County's zoning map by changing all AE, A-1, and A-5 zones within the
unincorporated area of Davis County, excluding all property within the Mutton Hollow Township
and all property located within an agriculture protection area, to the A-10 Agriculture and Farm
Production zone.
