Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Dominica Flores is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Based Business for 'Minnie's Daycare' an in-home preschool to be located at 12954 South Redwood Road. - Kimberly Northrup is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Based Business for 'Little Bell Preschool' an in-home preschool to be located at 1965 West 13550 South. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
