SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held in Room 315, Council Chambers, City & County Building, 451 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah, before the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Petition No. PLNPCM2018-00575. A proposed ordinance is before the Council to amend the Table of Permitted and Conditional Uses for Transit Station Area Districts in Section 21A.33.035 to add 'Restaurant with drive-through facility' as a land use. The proposal would amend the text of the Transit Station Area Mixed-Use Economic Center Transitional (TSA-MUEC-T) district to allow drive-through windows for restaurants as a conditional use with additional criteria. Currently, drive-throughs are only allowed for financial institutions in the TSA-MUEC-T district. All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. The City & County Building is an accessible facility.
