- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold Public Hearing and Town Council meeting on Thursday, August 8, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Public Hearing 6:00 p.m. Public comment to be taken on the issuance of parity water revenue bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the project.
