- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Public Hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Bluff, Utah to be held at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, August 19, 2019 at the Bluff Community Center, 190 North Third East, Bluff, UT 84512 to consider the adoption of a Zoning and Land Use Code. The current zoning designations are proposed to change with the adoption of a new zoning map and a Zoning and Land Use Code for the Incorporated Town of Bluff. Following the public hearing and a 10-day comment period, the Planning & Zoning Commission will be making a recommendation to the Bluff Town Council with respect to adoption of the proposed ordinance and zoning map.
