Kaneplex Drive Kanab, Utah 84741 7:00 PM WELCOME AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 1. 7:05 PM Minutes a. Approval of Minutes of the July 11th, 2019 Board of Trustees Meeting 7:10 PM 2. Financials/Amanda a. Approve Payment of Bills -- b. Review PTIF Statements for Operating Funds, Capital Projects, and Misc. Escrow Accounts, review actual check register c. Review new revenues received, including tax revenues and revenues for ongoing projects A public hearing with respect to the issuance of Water Revenue Bonds (the 'Bonds') in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $225,000. The Bonds will be issued for the purpose of (1) financing the cost of constructing a culinary water transmission/distribution line, and (2) paying issuance expenses of the Bonds. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and to explain the economic impact that the project for which the Bonds will be issued will have on the private sector. 7:20 PM 3.
