- PROVIDENCE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Hearing Description: Tentative budgets for all Funds for Fiscal Year 2020 Hearing Date: Tuesday, August 13, 2019 Hearing Time: 6:15 p.m. Hearing Location: Providence City Office Building, 164 South Main, Providence UT Prior to approving the Fiscal Year 2020 Budgets for all Funds (General, Capital Project, Water, Sewer, Storm Water, and Secondary Water), the City Council is holding a public hearing. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment on the proposed budgets before the City Council takes action. The City Council invites you to attend the hearing in order to offer your comments.
