- AGENDA SIGURD TOWN BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2019 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Sigurd Town Council will meet on Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, which meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening remarks 1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Kelly Alvey 2. Minutes of Meeting held July 1, 2019, to be approved and/or amended by the council 3. Citizens Requests Kayla Bullard - Sigurd Youth Council Justin Alvey - Impact fees Kelly Chappell, Tyson Jewkes - Ensign Engineering 4. Bills & Finances 5. Department Reports Parks & Cemeteries: Cemetery Ordinance and Resolution for Cemetery fees Water: Roads: Discuss center street installation of phone cables and replacing gravel in front of residents driveways Fire: Office: 6. Mayor Kelly Alvey - All other business that needs to be taken care of 7. Adjourn
