PERRY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA Monday, May 13, 2019 7:00 pm Special meeting 3005 S 1200 W Perry, UT Agenda items may vary depending on length of discussion, cancellation of scheduled items, or agenda alteration. Action on public hearing(s) will be later in the same meeting or at a subsequent meeting. 1. 7:00 p.m.- Call to Order and Opening Ceremonies A. Thought, Reading, or Invocation-Jan Kerr B. Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S.A.-Stuart Grover C. Declare Conflicts of Interest, If any 2. Land Use Applications A. Motion to approve and recommendation to the City Council to approve the PMC Amendment for Apartments, Land Use, and Lot Requirements. B. An application and recommendation to the City Council for a zone change from NC2 to R2. It is currently a mobile home park with the intent of putting in townhomes. Location: 2880 S Hwy 89 Perry, Utah. Applicant, JJTL Properties LLC. 3. Approval of the Minutes A. April 4, 2019 Regular Meeting Minutes and April 18, 2019 Work Session minutes. 4. Review Next Agenda and Adjourn A.
