LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT - JAY JENKS COMMERCIAL PROPERTY Discussion on a lot line adjustment with Jay Jenks for his commercial property located at approximately 200 West 3200 North. This would include parcel numbers 04-030-0014 and 04-030-0048. COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISCUSSION - FRECKLE FARMS Discussion with Seth Bowen regarding the ability to hold events at Freckle Farm Nursery located at 35 West 3900 North. LOT SPLIT - BRIAN ALLRED Discussion regarding the process of lot split for parcel 04-044-0007. This parcel is pending a rezone from A1 to RE-20. This split would divide off an existing home with .89 aces and create a remainder agricultural parcel containing 5.5 acres.
