1. Clayton Showell and Melanie Showell reviewed with the Commission the conditions for their conditional use permit for their property at 2098 W Hwy 218, Amalga, Utah. Lance mentioned three things he thought should be conditions. One, no bright overhead lights in neighbors windows at night, should be turned off by 10 PM unless written permission from neighbors to leave them on. Two, unless written permission given from neighbors no loud noises from air guns, or other loud machines after 10 PM. Three, no more than tree semi-trucks parked in front of the house for longer than a 24 hour period of time. These conditions apply mainly to the first year of occupancy of the business. After the shop is complete these conditions should resolve themselves.
Any signs advertising the business should comply with the Town Code.
Brian Larsen made the motion to approve the application for a conditional use permit for Clayton and Melanie Showell, C&S repair, at 2098 W Hwy 218, Amalga, UT. Parcel number 08-092-0026 as listed in the application and as listed in the meeting.
