- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 6th day of August 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember R. Thompson - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held July 2, 2019 2. New Business - New Business License Application - McKenzie Christensen - Alan & Lisa Spencer - Water Impact Fee Discussion - Becca Jeppson - Options For Exercise Class 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - July Warrant List - Fire Department Councilmember R. Thompson - National Night Out Against Crime - August 19, 2019 at 6:00 pm - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - August 20, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
