- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING August 22, 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 22, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, regarding: Adoption of a budget and property tax rate for fiscal year 2019-2020; Persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard regarding the budget proposed for 2019-2020. The tentative budget for 2019-2020 is available on the Layton City website. The hearing will be held at the Special Council meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
