NOTICE OF PUBLIC REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 07 August 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Horse & Buggy Days 4. Town Employee Report 5. Animal Control Officer Report 6. Town Parameters Resolution: A RESOLUTION OF ELMO TOWN, EMERY COUNTY, UTAH, ELMO TOWN APPROVING THE ADOPTION BY THE AUTHORITY OF A PARAMETERS RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NOT MORE THAN $240,000 LEASE REVENUE BONDS FOR THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF MODIFICATIONS TO ELMO TOWN'S FIRE STATION, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS. 7. LBA Parameters Resolution: A RESOLUTION OF THE LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF ELMO TOWN, UTAH, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING AND AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE NOT MORE THAN $240,000 OF LEASE REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, FOR THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF MODIFICATIONS TO ELMO TOWN'S FIRE STATION, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; FIXING THE MAXIMUM INTEREST RATE, MATURITY AND DISCOUNT OF THE BONDS; AND RELATED MATTERS. 8. Wes Ward - Wards Landscaping 9. Reviewing and selection of Engineering Firm for Elmo Town Fire Station Project 10. Opening Bids and selection of contractor - Playgound Revenovation 11. Community Get Togethers - Follow up September 12. Board Member Reports/Concerns 13. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 14. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 15. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
