Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, during a regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South, regarding the following matters: Major Home Occupation - Request of Brittney Chamberlain for a Major Home Occupation Daycare called Flutterby's Child Care, LLC located at 1473 W 870 S Subdivision Amendment - Syracuse Retail Subdivision 1st Amendment consisting of 1.66 acres located approx. 2052 W 1700 S All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
