NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 6 August 2019, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Petitions & communications: a. Justin Atkinson, of Sunrise Engineering, concerning USDA grant and public safety building b. Jed Hansen, of Sanpete County Jr. Fair Board, concerning donation request Business: 1. Discuss & vote on fire ordinance, #2019-02 2. Discuss & update Ord. #2014-04 concerning employee compensation Approval of minutes for town council meeting held on 2 July 2019 Approval for payment of July 2019 invoices Reports of officers and boards Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
