Agenda 1. Roll Call 2. Briefing by the Staff A. Strategic Plan Update: RDA Staff will provide an update on the RDA Strategic Plan. B. High Opportunity Notice of Funding Availability Update: RDA Staff will provide an update on the High Opportunity Notice of Funding Availability. C. Budget Update: RDA Staff will provide an update on the Fiscal Year 20 budget. D. NWQ, LLC Tax Increment Reimbursement Update: RDA Staff will provide an update on the NWQ, LLC TI Reimbursement. 3. Approval of the minutes A. Review and Approval of May 1, 2019 RAC Minutes: RAC members will review the May 1, 2019 meeting minutes and consider for approval. 4. Business: None 5.
