PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: Todd Gubler seeking to amend Springville City Code, Section 11-4-403 Lot Configuration, amending the amount of frontage required for a two-unit dwelling in the R2 Single/Two-Family Residential Zone. Liberation Development Investments, LLC, seeking amendments to the General Plan Land Use Map and Official Zone Map from Medium Density Residential/R2 Zone to Commercial/CC Zone on the property located at 1200 West 700 South.
