- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday August 5, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open the meeting stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the July 1, 2019 Council meeting. 2. Henry Woolf: Eagle project 3. Shakel LeBaron and Kinlee Marshall pre school business license 4. Andrea Mayer: Recreation director job description. Discuss fundraiser for purchasing equipment. 5. Jesse Ralphs Sunrise Engineering: Spring project improvements and funding 6. Kade Blackner: Discuss County law enforcement 7. Brandon Davis: Job review/ raise 8. 4th of July review 9. Pay bills Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1. _________________________ Cherie C.
