- Springville City Sample Ballot In accordance with Utah State Code 20A-5-101 notice is hereby given that the following City positions are to be voted upon in the Springville City 2019 Municipal Primary Election: Three Council Member positions The Primary Election will be held August 13, 2019. A voter service center will be open on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Civic Center, 110 South Main Street, Springville. A sample ballot for the upcoming Municipal Primary Election may be obtained from the following sources: - Springville City website at www.springville.org and www.vote.utah.gov - Springville City offices at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah during normal business hours. - By contacting the City Recorder at kcrane@springville.org or (801) 491-2727. Ballots may be mailed on or before August 12, 2019 or dropped off at any Voter Service Center.
