NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Ephraim City has scheduled a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding separate petitions to amend the General Plan Land Use map of Ephraim City. The petitions seek to change the future planned zoning of property located at approximately 592 East 100 South from Low Density Residential (LDR) to High Density Residential (HDR), and the property located at approximately 75 West 300 North from Medium Density Residential (MDR) to Commercial (C). The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on August 14, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Ephraim City Hall, 5 S. Main, Ephraim, Utah.

The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on August 14, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Ephraim City Hall, 5 S. Main, Ephraim, Utah.
