Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on August 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider updates to the General Plan and a zone change request. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the Planning & Zoning Commission of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider Salem City General Plan and Land Use updates; and a request from Swift Creek Properties for a zone change on approximately 11 acres of property located at 1800 North 770 West from R-10 to R-5 with a Development Agreement. All citizens of Salem City are invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed item. Jeffrey Nielson, City Recorder
