NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold consecutive Public Hearings along with a meeting on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. Invocation 2. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comments regarding a proposed lot split (minor subdivision) at approximately 350 North 200 West, Scott Reid 3. Proposed Approval to recommend proposed lot split (minor subdivision) at approximately 350 North 200 West, Scott Reid, to the City Council for approval 4. 7:15 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comments regarding a proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance regarding required street improvements for streets located within a minor subdivision 5. Proposed Approval to recommend proposed amendments to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance regarding required street improvements for streets located within a minor subdivision to the City Council for approval 6. Proposed Approval of Home Occupation at approximately 538 South Main, Sage Barbeque, Sage Lund 7. Proposed Approval of Home Occupation at approximately 261 East 200 North, Cox FAB, Easton Cox 8. Proposed Approval of Home Occupation at approximately 500 South 20 East, James Park Construction, James Park 9. Discuss City Code 9.40.040.5, regarding self-propelled vehicles on sidewalks 10. Approve Minutes 11.
