Review IZC zoning tables specifically looking for minimum lot size and maximum building heights. 2. Spreadsheet work for notice mailing and assigning future tasks 7:45 New Business 3. Discuss adding/allowing residences to commercial zones 4. Discuss and decide how to consolidate the GP comments 5. Additional ordinance work 6. Additional Items to be added to Next Week's Agenda 8:30 Adjourn Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Tuesday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Thursday scheduled meeting. An Agenda Item Request form can be found online at http://townofbluff.org/planning-zoning/. Our next regular meeting will be held at the Bluff Community Center on Thursday, August 8 at 7:00pm.
