Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, August 8, 2019 in the Grantsville City Hall Council Chambers at 429 East Main Street in Grantsville Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
a. Proposed Animal Conditional Use Permit Application for Samuel Addington to keep up to 9
Large Animals located at 543 South Hale Street in the RR-1 zone.
b. Proposed Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit Application for Sierra Hood to own and
operate a short term Produce and Fruit stand located at 475 East Main Street in the RM-7 zone.
c. Proposed Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit Application for Thomas Palmer to own
and operate a Wood Craft business located at 411 East Shelley Lane in the RR-1 zone.
d. Proposed General Plan Amendment Application for Johnathan Aubrey at approximately 424 Nygreen
for 20 acres to go from a 'Rural Residential -1' designation to a 'Low Density Residential'
designation.
e. Proposed Rezone of 20 acres for Johnathan Aubrey located at approximately 424 Nygreen to go
from an RR-5 zone to an R-1-21 zone.
f. Proposed Concept Plan Amendment for Todd Castagno to add 5 lots and adjust Phasing on the
Anderson Farms Subdivision in the R-1-21 zone.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS, THE MEETING WILL OFFICIALLY BE CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN, JAIME TOPHAM.
1. Discussion of a Proposed Concept Plan for Philip Plumb on the Country Village Subdivision located on Quirk Street to create 185 half-acre lots on 126.48 acres in the A-10 zone.
2. Consideration to recommend approval to amend the Grantsville City General Plan.
3. Consideration to approve the Class 'A' Kennel Permit for Kaylie and Treavor Buhl at 245 North
Cooley Street for the keeping of up to 10 hunting dogs in the R-1-12 zone.
4. Consideration to approve the Animal Conditional Use Permit Application for Samuel

the name of the original Subdivision and to move some lot lines. Property is located at 425 South
West Street in the RM-7 zone.
10. Consideration to recommend approval to amend the Concept Plan for Wise Management, LLC to
add 5 lots and adjust Phasing on the Anderson Farms Subdivision in the R-1-21 zone.
11. Consideration to recommend approval of the Preliminary Plan for Wise Management, LLC and Todd
Castagno for the creation of 34 lots in the Anderson Farms Subdivision, Phase 3 in the R-1-21 zone.
12. Consideration to approve the P&Z Meeting minutes that was held on July 11, 2019.
13. Consideration to approve the P&Z Work Meeting minutes that was held on July 23, 2019.
14. Consideration to approve the P&Z Special Meeting minutes that was held on July 23, 2019.
