Review Actions/Assignments and Activity from Prior Month: - Gina Chamness - Duration of current Tree Committee appointments - Kim K - reimbursements for committee expenses - Wendy & Selena - get frame and pictures for frame gift done - Wendy TY letter to Selena for email - Dennis H20 info to Selena for email - Dennis send DeeDee voucher ad - DeeDee voucher ad to Stephanie C for paper and ad exp date & Selena by the 18th - Dennis get in touch with UDOT contact about Oct 12th tree trimming - Dennis - email city planning to find out about trees recently planted at Knudsen - All - look at trees at Knudsen before next meeting - Travis - Order more ISA brochures for Planning Dept. & Public if budgeted - Steve - Budget to hire/contract a City Arborist - All- In addition to framed picture presentation, ideas to increase tree committee presence at 9/20 birthday event and ways to most effectively recognize the importance of trees III. Upcoming Events: - Holladay 20th Anniversary Celebrations - Blue Moon Festival 9/20 Birthday Bash - Knudsen root clean up Sat 8/17 at 9am - need rakes, shovels, gloves & sunscreen - Possible UDOT tree pruning & cleanup project @ south side 2000 E I2-15 off-ramp 10/12 - Tree Voucher follow up site visits in lieu of meeting IV.
