A public hearing to receive public comment to amend the Perry Municipal Code Multi-Family housing code including the creation of an overlay zone. 3. Land Use Applications A. An application to approve and recommend a zone change Parcel No. 03-157-0130 (comprising of 6.64 acres), From AG to R1A or R1/2. Approximately 2250 South 1350 West in Perry. Applicant: Bill and Michele Bowden. B. Preliminary approval for JJTL Properties, Applicant; JJTL Properties, LLC, Location; 2780 South Hwy 89, Perry UT 84302, Parcel # 02-028-0058; n02-029- 0026. C. Final Approval and Recommendation for Leading Tech, Location; 1835 South Hwy 89; Applicant; Ryan Forsyth. 4. Land Use Ordinances, Zoning, Design Guidelines, General Plan, Etc. A. Approval and recommendation to amend the Perry Municipal Code Multi- Family housing code including the creation of an overlay zone. 5. Approval of the Minutes A. May 13, 2019 Special Meeting Minutes B. June 20, 2019 Work Session Meeting Minutes C. Approve of the June 20, 2019 Regular Meeting Minutes D. Report from Commissioner regarding last Council Meeting.
