City Council Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed Mountain Vista Subdivision Preliminary Plat, a proposed 33.04-acre subdivision located approximately at 3575 S and 600 W.
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed Ordinance 19-12: An Update to Nibley City Code 19.24.090 Fence Regulations.
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed Ordinance 19-13: An Update to Nibley City Code 19.28 Conditional Uses.
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed Ordinance 19-14: An Update to Nibley City Code 19.20 Land Use Chart.
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed Ordinance 19-15: An Update to Nibley City Code 19.04 Definitions.
When: Thursday, August 8, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard
