- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AUGUST 1, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, AUGUST 1, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 10:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 10:00 A.M. - Terry Larsen seeking Site Plan approval for T&K Commercial Holdings office/warehouse project located at 1828 South State Hwy 51 in the L-IM Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
