- 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Pledge of allegiance. 4- Approval of the minutes July 11, 2019. 5- Mayor's recognition of members belonging to the Helper Fire and Police Department for saving a life. 6- Mayor's recognition of Dave Johnsen and Thomas Williams for the years of dedicated work on the Helpers Arts Festival. 7- Discussion and possible approval for amended subdivision for Orlando Ochoa at 717 & 719 Castle Gate Rd. 8- Discussion and possible approval for amended subdivision for Chris Pugliese at 148 & 156 Roosevelt St. 9- Discussion and possible approval on Mike O'Shea placing a sculpture on Main Street. 10- Discussion and possible approval on the General Plan. 11- Discussion and possible approval on purchasing a spare pump for pool in the amount of $4,000. 12- Discussion and possible approval on purchasing a GIS system.
