WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on August 13, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on August 20, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #Z-1-2019, filed by Stonebrook Construction Development To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to R-1-7 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 7,000 square feet). The property is located at 5340 West 3500 South on 1.1 acres The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 27th day of July, 2019.
