VINEYARD PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL - PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Meeting Date: Planning Commission Public Hearing: August 7, 2019 at 6:00 PM City Council Public Hearing: August 14, 2019 at 6:00 PM (Ordinance 2019-04 only) Meeting Location: Vineyard City Hall, 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, UT 84059 (Both Hearings) Request: Panda Express: The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit for a drive-thru aisle. The applicant is proposing to place a drive-thru aisle between Mill Road and the building. The subject property is located on the west side of the Megaplex in Yard A, addressed 554 N. Mill Road, Vineyard, Utah. Ordinance 2019-05: The City of Vineyard is proposing zoning text amendments for ADU requirements (15.34.060), sports court fencing heights (15.32.230), permitting street side yard corner lot accessory structures (15.34.050), removing landscaping fees (15.40), bee keeping regulations (15.34.210), and bicycle parking regulations (15.38). Materials: All documents, evidence and applicable code criteria are available for inspection at the Vineyard City Offices at no cost, or copies may be purchased for individual use. Written testimony submitted in advance of a public meeting is encouraged. During public hearings, the Planning Commission Chair or City Council reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony. Any person having interest in this matter may attend and be heard during the public hearing. Written comments shall be submitted at least seven days in advance of the meeting in order to be entered into the record. One or more members of the Vineyard Planning Commission or City Council may participate electronically or telephonically.
