Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Plain City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th day of August 2019 which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments prior to applying the residential overlay zone on the property owned by Papageorge Estates LLC located at approximately 3725 W North Plain City Road. The property (31.94 acres) is currently zoned RE-15. More information may be obtained at City Hall. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments to City Hall at the above address.
